Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The wig must be in original, unused condition, with the lace intact (uncut) and all packaging, labels, and tags in place.
- Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
- Custom-made wigs or wigs that have been tailored to your specifications.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Hair care products, brushes, and accessories.

This unit is well worth the price. Little to no shedding even after getting wet and blow dryer, knots are very small and bleached easily, true to length and density. I highly recommend for quality hair at an affordable price.
