Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The wig must be in original, unused condition, with the lace intact (uncut) and all packaging, labels, and tags in place.
- Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
- Custom-made wigs or wigs that have been tailored to your specifications.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Hair care products, brushes, and accessories.

Loved this hair soft and super full it’s actually my favorite from the brand. I was able to reinstall 3x & I definitely could do a 4th . A true 10/10 had no problems with the lace of the hair itself it’s very easy to manage with really only water .
